leadership Positions
Learner Support Lead, NAMP - this 0.2 FTE position will assist the centralized MD Program Director of Learner Support and the Associate Dean, Office of Advocacy and Wellness in the identification and support of students requiring academic, financial or personal health support during their MD Program. There is a robust centralized student evaluation and support machinery within the MD Program that will form the basis of managing this work, requiring an on-site Physician Leader to support this process.
Clinical Skills Lead, NAMP - this 0.1 FTE position will assist the centralized MD Program Director of Longitudinal Themes and other Clinical Skills leaders in the organization and coordination of Clinical Skills curriculum, including physical exam skills, communication skills, clinical experiences and mentoring programs. There is robust centralized coordination, organization and delivery machinery within the MD Program that will form the basis of the development of this curriculum, requiring an on-site Physician Leader to support this process. The focus of this role is to recruit local teachers and facilitators to deliver this curriculum locally.
Assessment Coordinator, NAMP - this 0.1 FTE position will assist the centralized MD Program Assistant Dean, Assessment in the organization, coordination, recruitment, delivery and review of components of the curriculum responsible for assessing student performance across the four years of the MD Program, including Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs), as well as assisting with development and review of examination (written and MCQ) materials. The focus of this role is to recruit local teachers and facilitators to deliver assessments locally, as well as review of examination materials.
